TERMS OF SERVICE Upon submission, the Client agrees to and forfeits payment for the above requested products and services. Your order is not refundable or cancelable. You are covered under our 100% satisfaction policy: our office guarantees satisfaction on written projects, or a rewrite is provided at no charge. Clients are responsible for proofreading and information accuracy of all finished works. Drafts must be handled within 15 days of submission to the Client. A lack of response from the Client indicates a completed project after 20 days; therefore, additional charges will be incurred for changes received after this time-period. Although you are given permission to use for job search purposes, copy is authored, copyrighted, and the property of Resume to Referral. The Client gives authorization to publish and utilize full works or written copy at author’s discretion once personal client info and identifying features are removed.
